We are currently looking for a highly motivated Senior Quality Assurance Engineer who is an expert in performance testing and automation. Our ideal candidate will be detail oriented with strong organizational skills and able to work independently on multiple tasks under minimal supervision. The individual should be able to focus on the entire software system under development and apply solid analytical and problem solving skills to develop creative and thorough tests.Responsibilities:
5-9 years of experience in testing commercial, enterprise software
BS/MS in Computer Science, Software Quality Assurance, Electrical & Computer Engineering or Mathematics
Using Windows based technologies (IIS, .NET, SQL Server)
Performance and load testing .NET based enterprise applications
UI Automation experience with Selenium preferred
Planning and executing functional, regression and system level tests
Strong skills in Software-based testing (including unit testing, automation, performance testing), using one or more of the following tools:
Server virtualization
MS SQL Server
Scripting in Perl, Python, C#, JavaScript
ASP / ASP.NET / ASP.NET AJAX
Requirements:
Experience with MS Test and Visual Studio performance monitor
Familiarity with Scrum / Agile development processes
Experience working for a software vendor
Customer-facing experience either in engineering or technical support
