AUTOMATION SOFTWARE CONTROLS ENGINEER Xunlight

Associated Systems. The ideal candidate will be willing to travel as
needed, up to 50%. A minimum 5 - 10 years of hands-on experience with the Design,
Programming, Start-up/Debug and Plant Maintenance Support of Turn Key Industrial
Automation Systems is required. This is a hands-on, highly team oriented, technical
responsibility position.
Job Requirements/Responsibility
5 - 10 years experience Programming Industrial Control Systems is required
Bachelors Degree in Engineering/Technical Field desired
(Electrical Engineering/Computer Science/Information Systems or similar)
Extensive experience with Allen-Bradley ControlLogix Systems is required
Experience with 1,000+ hard I/O point continuous process control systems
Experience with large DeviceNet, Ethernet/IP and Ethernet Computer
Communication Networks
Experience with Rockwell Software - FactoryTalk/RSView Studio SE,
Transaction Manager, RSLogix 5000, etc. is required
Experience with National Instruments Software/Hardware is a plus
Experience with SQL Data Base design and report creation is a plus
Must be extremely Computer Literate and comfortable in a Hyper-V (Virtualized
Server) Environment
Experience with 'Green Field'/New system start-up and support
Ability to read/interpret Industrial Control Schematics
Extensive Experience with both PLC and Graphics Package (HMI/GUI)
Software and Controls Hardware: Design, Programming, Start-up/Debug and
Plant Maintenance Support of Turn Key Industrial Automation Systems is
required
Must be willing to travel regularly between Xunlight facilities in Toledo, Ohio
and China
Fluent in both English and Chinese is a big plus
Experience with vacuum/deposition processes and associated systems (Thin
Film PV) will be a definite attention getter.
