Automotive Service Advisor or Service Manager DealerSocket

DealerSocket is an award winning fast growing technology company building configurable web-based Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software for the automotive industry. We are looking for a candidate with experience working as a Service Advisor or Service Manager who would like to join a team of developers to help define features, functions, screens, and workflow in DealerSockets best in class Service CRM module. This is a great opportunity for someone with automotive service experience to get out of the daily grind and learn new skills by working with a vendor on technology solutions that will benefit all service departments.
Educational Requirement:
BS/BA in Computer Science/Computer Engineering (foreign equivalent acceptable)
Skill Requirments:
Excellent written communications
Ability to communicate effectively with development team
Ability to translate business needs into requirements document that will be used to develop software
Applicants need to be local and able to come into the office in San Clemente on a daily basis to work with the team members
Ability to work in a fast-paced, team oriented environment
Qualifications:
3+ Years Experience as a Service Advisor or Service Manager in the Automotive Industry working with at least one of the following DMS Systems ADP or Reynolds and Reynolds or DealerTrack DMS
