DescriptionJob Desc:
Key Architectural member working with High Performance Data Warehousing & Realtime BI team and the Business teams to provide the engineering implementation ready business requirements for next generation of Business Intelligence and product standardization.
Provide Architectural and implementation oversight during the implementation process
Daily communications with Business teams to ensure clarification of the requirements and feasibility and the schedule
Engineering liaison to Business teams and Product management
Engineering project manager for new client implementation
Requirements:
Hands on and proven expertise in RDBMS, DW, DSS, and BI including ETL
Experience in distributed parallel processing systems such as hadoop or other implementation of Map-Reduce
DBMS based application development expertise
Provide technical leadership and directions to both on and off shore teams
BS in computer science/engineering
Hands on experience with Vertica and Oracle Exadata is a large plus
