POSITION: AVP Client Support
LOCATION: Seattle, WA
The Associate Vice President of Client Support leads a team of dedicated client support professionals that provide responsive and reliable technical support for our CRM product to our clients, allowing them to be successful and satisfied with our products and services.
? Monitor and predict support demand and ensure capacity meets demand
? Motivate and mentor team of support professionals to ensure client satisfaction
? Develop and coach performance of team members through 1:1 and team meetings
? Partner with VP of Client Support to determine departmental goals and future operations
? Ensure team adheres to established controls and procedures, such as logging all customer interaction and the time spent
? Become escalation point of contact for product issues arising in support
? Communicate product problems and client suggestions to Product Management in an actionable way
? Partner with other departmental managers to develop internal best practices and ensure consistency across the organization
? Respond to production issues as they arise and partner with Development and Product Management to address such items
? Available after hours for production related items
? Attend client facing events, promote and support Tamarac in a professional manner.
? Bachelor?s Degree (Finance, Financial Planning, or Accounting degree preferred) or equivalent
? 2+ years' experience in a service or operations role in a financial advisory or wealth management environment
? 2+ years? experience in a supervisory or managerial role
? Demonstrated successful people and project management skill
? Experience working with or supporting financial advisory applications, such as trading, portfolio management, or CRM software.
? Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
? Ability and willingness to work in a fast-paced, mission-critical environment with rapidly changing priorities.
? Change Agent, creative, innovative and focused on continuous improvements.
? Experience with CRM tools a plus
