B2B Digital Marketing Program Manager CradlePoint
THIS JOB HAS EXPIRED This position, while requiring a strong digital marketing background, will be responsible for managing and executing end-to-end marketing programs with little or no agency support; the successful candidate must be strategic with the ability to execute as an individual contributor. This position will be responsible for helping to drive the B2B digital marketing strategy through to execution of initiatives, ranging from stand-alone projects to integrated campaigns and will finish with tracking and analysis to drive continuous improvement.

Concept, develop and execute digital and traditional marketing campaigns in alignment with corporate marketing strategy.
Direct development of content/assets for use in digital marketing campaigns including but not limited to webinars, white papers, blog posts, ebooks, infographics, digital banners and other creative assets.
Define analytics and measurement process, put analytics in place and provide weekly, monthly and quarterly performance of all marketing campaigns.
Plan and budget to drive the business forward through new marketing channels.
Oversee existing marketing programs, while generating new ideas and turning them into new marketing initiatives.
Assist in AR/PR including coordinating analyst briefings/inquiries, public relations, press releases and media opportunities.
Develop content (either writing or directing the writing) for blog posts, mail/email campaigns, webinars, e-books, white papers, case studies, etc.
Contribute to Social Media program execution.
Occasionally source and manage external agencies/free lance consultants.
Establish success criteria of all activity and measure against specific KPI?s with the help of online analytics, according to business objectives.
Execution of digital marketing plans within agreed priorities.
Develop, execute, measure and refine strategic SEO, SEM, Affiliate, email, webinar and other lead gen programs.
Negotiate & monitor budget allocated for digital marketing plan execution.
Proven experience in digital and traditional marketing for B2B ? preferably in the technology space
Strong understanding the digital landscape and how it can be used to support and develop the brand
Digital content development and management, including ability to use CMS for web site content publishing and marketing automation for CLM
Some experience in search engine marketing (SEM) and optimization (SEO), including measuring results
Proficiency using tools to track and report on response rates, traffic, conversion and marketing ROI
Ability to create dashboards, reporting and analysis using e.g. Google Analytics and other metrics tracking tools
Experience of budgeting, reporting and analysis
Proven ability to create a brief, manage relationship with agencies (deliverables & negotiation of budget) & follow up planning & deliverables sticking to deadlines.
Understanding of marketing automation processes and tools is preferred
Prior experience using Salesforce or other CRM is also preferred
Self starter with confidence and tenacity to drive projects

Bachelors degree in Marketing or other relevant discipline
MBA preferred but not required
