We?re looking for a Senior Marketing Manager to develop and implement strategic plans to build our B2B business. The B2B Marketing Manger is primarily responsible for attracting medium and large businesses that are either already generating or looking to generate revenue by selling personalized products.
You?ll develop, plan, coordinate, and execute overall Internet/digital marketing strategy, including eCommerce, email marketing, mobile marketing, social networking and digital/online communities, search engine marketing, and corporate website. Work closely with advertising, marketing, sales, and Web design and development teams to ensure that digital and online marketing strategy supports business strategy. Career-Development position within field. Requires moderate skill sets and developing proficiency within discipline. Conducts tasks and assignments as directed. Works with moderate supervision with some latitude for independent judgment
Develop and implement an effective marketing plan to raise awareness and drive adoption of ezprints? B2B offerings.
Partner with the sales team to identify needs and execute lead generation programs.
Create innovative marketing campaigns across various channels?social media, events, email, online marketing/advertising, targeted physical marketing, co-marketing with partners, etc.
Manage internal & external resources to create marketing collateral including online, print and video media.
Develop key metrics and performance indicators to measure overall marketing performance and provide foundation for continuous improvement
3 to 5 years of B2B marketing experience in Ecommerce and/or Information Technology - REQUIRED
Experience at e-commerce and/or technology companies
Must be able to operate independently in a team environment
Strong leader who can multitask, prioritize well and communicate clearly across all levels of the organization.
Strong analytical and quantitative skills; ability to use customer research, hard data and metrics to back up assumptions, generate credible forecasts, and assess the efficacy of marketing programs.
Ability to work effectively in a deadline-driven work environment.
Has general knowledge of e-commerce and the online personalization space.
