We are seeking a self-motivated, highly creative, metric driven Marketing Manager to manage the attraction, engagement and conversion of prospects. You should be passionate about improving public safety, innovative technology, and creating effective, measurable marketing campaigns. The right candidate will have a strong email and search engine marketing foundation with direct experience that goes beyond simple SEM and SEO management. You should be a conversion and lead nurturing guru, with a comprehensive understanding of web analytics and lead management best practices, driven by excellence.
Responsibilities Include:
Manage all inbound and outbound marketing B2B marketing efforts
Coordinate PR, social media and direct marketing to effectively drive leads and revenue
Maintain and further improve Rave?s thought leadership position
Demand generation program development and management ? Develop program objectives, targets, tactics, and metrics and define best practices, standards, and processes to drive customer acquisition success
Track and report on demand generation performance metrics for the marketing organization
Initiate and manage lead nurturing programs and develop sales tools to accelerate prospect movement through the demand generation funnel
Email campaigns ? Develop and execute email campaigns for lead generation and lead-nurturing activities
Webinar program support ? Determine online event topics, drive attendance, manage logistics, and track success metrics
Drive effective product marketing across suite, including helping with competitive analysis, positioning, and packaging
Corporate web site management ? Manage web content, search engine optimization efforts, paid search activity, and other web-based lead generation and tracking
Event marketing ? devise and implement event marketing strategies, produce signage, event collateral, and promotions
Prospect tracking ? Track and report on campaign costs, performance, and ROI through the demand generation lifecycle
Required Experience and Skills:
5-8 years of experience working in a fast-paced, high-tech marketing environment
Experience marketing B2B technology software and services
Comfortable using email campaign management tools to create, send, and track emails
Strong familiarity with Salesforce reporting and lead management
Track record of creating and managing successful webinars
Experience managing offline tradeshows and events
Ability to establish and manage priorities and drive projects to completion
Strong familiarity with SEM/SEO
Ability to conceptualize, create, and implement compelling marketing campaigns
Metrics driven
Demonstrated cross-functional collaboration
Strong writing and PowerPoint skills
Basic HTML skills a plus
Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, and/or Illustrator expertise a plus
Experience managing outsourced vendors a plus
4-yr college degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Writing, or related field
Compensation package commensurate with experience.
