SugarSync is seeking a B2B Marketing Operations Manager with both strong marketing and analytical experience (yes, we want it all!) to drive customer acquisition activities for SugarSync primarily for the business product. Reporting to the VP of Marketing, you will heavily influence and drive decisions to generate aggressive revenue from new and existent small-to medium-sized business customers via online marketing programs. Responsibilities include:
Develop innovative ideas and programs (including in-product messaging/user experience improvement) in conjunction with Product Management, Visual Design and Sales teams
Generate leads for the B2B market
Influence web page creative including messaging and call-to-action
Manage paid and organic search, affiliate marketing, display advertising and download sites
Perform A/B testing
Work closely with technical teams and agencies to improve the conversion rate and generate new business leads
Drive funnel and viral optimization to maximize subscriber growth
Maintain monthly reports on key metrics and present to senior management
Work closely with technical teams on new technologies to improve e-commerce experience
3+ years (preferably 5) of related marketing experience; both creative/messaging and analytical
Recent or current experience must be in a B2B space (preferably in a high tech organization) with expertise in B2B lead generation
Experience with different products such as Google Analytics, Marketo and Salesforce
Able to motivate cross-functional teams and work with others cooperatively within a small team of marketing professionals
Strong communication skills (verbal and written), excellent presentation skills, well organized, self-starter, strong attention to detail, flexible, resourceful, able to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, quick intellect, natural curiosity, mentoring and multi-tasking skills
BS/BA preferably in a quantitative/analytical field; MBA preferred
