Bank Channel Marketing Associate Bill.com
We are the leader in online cash flow management services for businesses, financial institutions, and accountants. We are looking for a highly organized yet flexible candidate who will be responsible for assisting with our bank channel marketing strategy and programs and supporting our business development and relationship management teams. This position may also interact with various contacts within our bank partners. Reporting to the Director of Bank Channel Marketing, the marketing associate will work across the marketing, business development and relationship management functions driving execution of key programs and deliverable. Strong interpersonal and communication skills are required to build relationships across the virtual Bank Channel team and the broader Bill.com organization. The candidate must have a love of details, excellent time management skills, and an ability to manage multiple projects at once.
Bank Channel Marketing
Coordinate and help execute channel marketing and business development campaigns/programs such as webinars, holiday gifts, thank you gifts, distribution of press releases, white papers, etc.
Support our conference and trade-show strategy by helping to manage company attendance, sponsorships, events, logistics, and presentations.
Support customer research projects by identifying and recruiting interview candidates, and organizing data for presentation.
Help develop and manage shared marketing resources including:
Key user and industry stats
Research studies and customer testimonials
Select customer reports
Customer reference pool, tracking number/frequency of contacts
Manage process of updating Bank Channel web pages, identifying and/or developing potential content enhancements and managing internal process to implement changes.
Respond to requests for information from the website (white paper downloads, business development inquiries, etc).
Bank Channel Support
Co-ordinate and manage logistics for internal team and external customer facing meetings.
Review and distribute relevant market and competitive information from industry journals and publications to broader Bank Channel and Executive team.
Manage master customer/prospect contact list, tracking and monitoring all communications to contacts.
Provide support in the form of editing presentations and providing data for regular internal management meetings (e.g. quarterly review, board meetings, etc).
Support RFP/RFI process by helping to organize and manage the project timeline, managing team communication, controlling response versions, uploading responses into vendor tool, and other tasks as needed.
Develop standard for organizing and cataloging RFP responses for ongoing use.
Support data requests from clients and prospects as part of business development process.
Support Relationship Managers in development and regular reporting of key client performance and operational metrics.
Desired Skills & Experience
2+ years experience planning and organizing multiple projects.
Highly motivated individual, who is a self-starter and proactive problem-solver.
Excellent written communication skills across traditional and digital media.
Bachelor's or MBA degree in Marketing/Business/Communications or related field or equivalent education and experience.
