Banking Account Operations Manager Cardlytics

We are looking for an experienced Account Operations Manager to join the Cardlytic?s team! The ideal candidate must have 2-5 years? experience in customer support. Serving as the primary support person for an Account Manager this position will drive daily operations activity in support of attaining production goals.
Skills and Requirements
Proactively manages the operational requirements of assigned client base; ensuring quality delivery and maintenance support of all services to assigned client base.
Manages the delivery of contracted services to clients to ensure that SLAs (service level agreements) and KPI (key performance indicators) as defined in the relevant contracts are met or exceeded .
Responsible for managing and developing operational relationships for assigned client base; taking primary responsibility for driving client satisfaction with service delivery.
Facilitates initiatives between Cardlytics and the client organization that increase value and strengthen the relationship.
Collaborates with Account Manager and client on account planning.
Works with the Account Manager to direct resources and activities within the Cardlytics organization as it relates to client operational issues.
Proactively identifies opportunities for process improvements between Cardlytics and assigned client base.
Responsible for providing oversight and driving the implementation of specific client requests.
May develop project plans and statement of work documents.
Builds and maintains strong client relationships, and participates in client meetings to ensure client satisfaction.
Possesses strong technical aptitude.
Requires a minimum of 2 - 5 years of customer support experience. Previous financial services industry experience is a plus.
Bachelors degree is required, or equivalent experience.
Ability to build relationships with and influence multiple functional areas.
Ability to build consensus.
Detail and big picture orientation.
Strong interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and drive issues to resolution.
Demonstrated effective communication skills that include internal communication of client opportunities, issues, escalations and external communication that includes key Cardlytics messages.
Ability to construct an effective presentation. Strong presentation skills.
