Job Description
Visual inspection for physical defects on the laser dies using Royce Pick and Place machine. This job also requires the use of microscope for further inspection and hand pick the dies from Gel Pak using tweezers.

Ability to use microscope
Steady hands
Willing to learn and cooperate, follow instructions
Need to be able to handle very small things
Need to be very patient and careful
