Baseband Product Marketing Manager - 451 Tensilica

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Drive the value proposition of Tensilica baseband processor solutions, define its competitive advantages and put together marketing plans and presentation that will describe a compelling story to potential customers
Define product and solutions roadmap with the baseband system architects
Drive and build out our partner and ecosystem infrastructure
Drive and generate the competitive analysis documentation across key baseband DSP vertical markets
Identify key target customers, strategic insight and research tied to utilizing our configurable processors to drive these solutions
Work closely with sales organization worldwide and other internal resources needed to penetrate and drive key design wins
Understand and meet customer requirements, assess and explore relationship development with 3rd parties or partners that strategically support our design platforms rapid adoption
Generate the business proposals to justify key design-ins
Drive both internal and external value added selling of these solutions/products will also be part of this charter
Create credible relationships with key customers by understanding their markets, products and design methodology to position Tensilica based solutions to solve their needs
REQUIREMENTS:
Understand core technology marketing
Good technical knowledge of programmable processor solutions. Ideally DSP based
Excellent communications skills, written and oral
5+ years of product marketing experience in semiconductor industry. Previous experience in Wireless Communication is a plus
BSEE/MSEE with MBA or equivalent
