Our primary responsibility is to anticipate the operational requirements of the business and to fulfill them as rapidly as possible.

Responsibilities

- Coordinate and support conference logistics, including participation in external events as well as the execution of large scale Palantir events
- Provide broad support to the business development organization by constantly anticipating and exceeding requirements
- Plan travel arrangements, at times under extremely tight deadlines
- Simultaneously execute time-dependent projects in an extremely fast-paced environment

Requirements

- College Degree
- At least one year of relevant event planning experience
- Ability to travel at least 25 up to 75
- Must be willing to be available on-call 24/7 to respond to emergencies
- Extremely hard worker, ethical, thoughtful, and most importantly, genuine
- Ability to adapt and open to change, growth and new ideas
- You are a person that believes you perform best under pressure.
