The Benefits Administrator is responsible for all Benefits billing and overall administration of Benefits Plans to include, but not limited to, New Hire Orientation and assisting with all HR reporting functions.
Duties and Responsibilities
Manage extensive Benefits programs billing.
Assist in monthly HR Metrics reporting.
Collaborate across different HR groups.
Develop and foster new relations with employees.
Oversee New Hire Orientation and assit with all HR reporting functions.
Education and Training
BA or equivalent in Human Resources or related field, with 1-3 years HR experience.
1 year of experience in benefits administration preferred.
PHR certification preferred.
Criminal background screening is a condition of employment.
