What you?ll do
As a Benefits & HRIS Specialist you will report directly to the Director of Human Resources. A successful candidate will have responsibility for all aspects of support to our Ceridian (HRIS & Payroll), Success Factors systems and administration of the US benefits program. This position oversees the company's HRIS, employee self-service and will manage the broker/vendor relationship. This position partners closely with the Human Resources team on a variety of projects in support of the company?s growth.
How you?ll do it
? Evaluates, analyzes and maintains HRIS records, ensure data integrity, administration of employee self service. This position is accountable for ensuring continuity and successful delivery of functional HRIS services to users throughout the organization.
? Makes alterations to existing programs to gather and report global data as necessary. Reports may include global headcount, turnover, Human Resources metrics reporting, etc.
? Provides HRIS related employee communications to US and International staff.
? Coordinate and process all phases of the benefit plans which includes enrollments, cancellations, changes, terminations, and interactions with insurance carriers as necessary
? Administers Company leave programs in accordance with federal and state legislation in partnership with HR Business Partner and Managers.
? Resolves administrative, claim and billing issues with the insurance carriers in a timely manner.
? Work closely with third party administrators and carriers to ensure the benefits and service meets Company standards.
What you?ll need
Undergraduate degree in addition to 3+ years of relevant HRIS and HR work experience is required, or equivalent experience required.
Relevant experience in a high-growth business is desirable.
Experience in corporate benefits administration and managing benefits in a multi-site or global environment is highly desirable.
Familiarity with regulatory state and federal compliance requirements particularly within the benefits field.
Candidate must have strong knowledge of Microsoft packages (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Advanced excel skills is highly desirable.
What you?ve done
The successful candidate will manage all aspects of HR support. This may include: maintaining all personnel records as required by law and organizational protocols, approve and check HR invoicing, faxing, mailing and scanning. Will answer first level general HR queries and also assist with preparing HR presentations, HR materials etc. Will provide alternate reporting through the use of other reporting tools to include Access, SQL, etc. where data exists outside of the HRIS or Success Factors systems.
