Benefits Manager 2U, Inc.
The Benefits Manager will be the subject matter expert on developing, implementing, and monitoring compensation and benefits programs. The Manager will design benefit plans which are both valuable to employees and cost-effective to the organization, keeping 2U attractive to top talent and reflecting 2U?s business goals. The Manager will act as a liaison between senior HR leadership, Finance, and employees and will ensure compliance with legal and financial requirements.
What We?re Looking For:
The Benefits Manager will:
Develop, propose, and administer compensation, benefits, and reward programs designed to foster continuous improvement and to meet company goals
Analyze and evaluate potential benefits providers to maximize efficiency and minimize costs
Recommend salary ranges based on compensation surveys and in-depth knowledge of best practices
Lead annual merit-based and incentive-based compensation planning
Communicate consistent compensation policies to employees, administrators, and vendors
Act as a liaison to and point of contact for both routine and non-routine situations
Keep up to date on new laws and ensure compliance with applicable regulations
Consult with HR and Finance to make certain that all benefits are processed on time
Oversee quotidian affairs regarding benefits administration, including data processing and accuracy
Things That Should Be In Your Background:
Strong analytical skills and financial background to evaluate competing plans
Strong project management skills and the ability to work in quickly-changing environment
Strong presentation and interpersonal skills to consult with higher ups
Demonstrates a sound understanding of ADA, COBRA, EEO, ERISA, FMLA, HIPAA, Social Security, Workers Compensation, applicable federal and state codes, and other relevant regulations
Bachelor?s degree required
7-10 years of experience in human resources administration
