The focus of the Benefit Processing Analyst is to assist with client needs by acting as a link between the Service Center and the Business Analyst. Essential responsibilities:
?The ability to use databases, reports, and spreadsheets to synthesize data.
?Maintain files and any other reports and spreadsheets with accurate data entry
?Perform data processing activities for ongoing client services and assist with resolution of participant issues
?Assist team in meeting case/project deadlines
?Share skills and ideas with team members for improved productivity and procedures
?Ensures proper documentation of standard procedures.

Qualifications:
?Benefit Outsourcing knowledge is preferred.
?Prior experience leveraging technology to complete processing activities
?Professional degree in an analytical field would be an advantage.
?Intermittent Microsoft Office experience is required
?Attention to detail and accuracy.
