CheckPoint HR is an HR services and technology provider. We work with small to mid-sized companies ? those with 50 to 500 employees ? helping them eliminate unnecessary HR expenses while improving HR programs, compliance, and employee satisfaction.
As a Benefits System Analyst you will provide quality customer support with a high degree of customer satisfaction and technical expertise. You will be responsible for implementation of client computer systems, analyzing system problems, defining technical requirements and developing testing standards.
Analyze benefits systems, determine issues resolution, document corrective actions
Defines application problems by conferring with internal and external clients; evaluating procedures and processes
Develops solutions by preparing and evaluating alternative design/workflow solutions
Act as benefit system subject matter expert (SME)
Researching complex benefits questions and issues
Prepare complex data quarries
Complete client implementations as required
The ideal candidate should possess and/or be proficient with the following qulaifications and skills.
Bachelor's Degree (Degree in Mathamatics or Technology a plus)
Strong understanding of system integration and design concepts
Strong analytical and problem solving skills
3- 5 years prior experience working with HRMS/benefits systems a plus
Proficiency in EXCEL
SQL experience (a plus)
