Reports To: Best Practices Team Leader
POSITION SUMMARY: The Best Practices Specialist will focus on the sales of our premium services, and our technology partner ancillary services to our current MINDBODY clients. The person in this position will be business savvy, possess strong written, and verbal communication skills, as well as technical expertise. Lead generation, product demonstrations, and closing sales will be part of the everyday activities. We expect that this person will close sales daily, and help us increase our average revenue per subscriber, as well as our monthly recurring revenue. This person needs to be self-motivated, goal oriented, and willing to be a team player. Additionally, this person will need to maintain a monthly sales pipeline. This position will require flexibility and the ability to work on special projects when needed to reach departmental goals. The Best Practices Specialist is an hourly position plus commission.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Cold calling current MINDBODY Clients, and scheduling prospects for online product demonstrations of MINDBODY Technology Partners
Various MINDBODY Technology Partner sale assignments and data work
Sell MINDBODY Premium Services including:
1. Fresh Start
2. MBU
3. PAC
4. MINDBODY Sanctioned Events
Sell MINDBODY Technology Partners value added services and products
Weekly reports on individual sales numbers and departmental number as necessary
Sales, and Lead Activity Reports for MINDBODY Best Practices
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS:
Strong communication skills (both written and oral)
Persuasive communicator comfortable with contacting high level executives
Experience in using email, Excel, PowerPoint, WebEx and MBO appointment scheduling
Knowledge & experience using Facebook, Twitter and other social media tools
Experience using search engines to find prospects
Experience with Sales Force or other lead tracking software
Well organized self-starter
Must be comfortable working in a demanding, fast-paced environment
Experience as a MINDBODY Sales Associate is a plus
Must be able to adapt to evolving department/role
Take on new challenges as they become delegated to your position
Experience with and a strong understanding of MINDBODY software is a plus
PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
Dexterity of hands and fingers to operate a computer keyboard.
Able to sit at a desk for extended periods of time and read a computer monitor.
Able to read and comprehend reason and analyze.
The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.
