Bi-lingual Customer Service Specialist (French/English) Epitomics

Answer incoming calls from customers to process orders; respond to general inquiries and questions; handle complaints; troubleshoot problems - all while providing outstanding customer experiences to both English and French speaking customers of North America.
Answer phones professionally and courteously
Delight customers with creative solutions to problems
Process orders and respond to customer inquiries in a timely fashion
Provide customers with product referrals and service information
Offer enhancements and related products when appropriate
Make policy exception decisions to handle unique customer concerns
Innovate improvements in service levels for Canadian customers
Communicate inter-departmentally and collaboratively to benefit customers
Follow-up on customer calls when necessary
Comply with all safety and quality standards
Skills and Knowledge
Minimum HS diploma/GED ? college degree (or in-process) highly preferred.
Minimum one year of customer service experience required (could include retail, hospitality, etc.)
Strong PC skills required, proficient in MS Office
Exceptional communication skills (both oral and written)
Proven ability to problem solve, multi-task and take initiative
Demonstrated capacity to learn new information - both general and technical.
High attention to detail and accuracy
Experience in a call center environment or administrative experience preferred
Soft sales experience desirable
Previous experience with Canadian customers preferred
