Partnering closely with the Sales Specialist, the Bid Manager supports and helps manage the sales process of small- and medium-sized outsourcing deals, from kick-off to contract signing. Specifically, the Bid Manager will:
Participate in RFP/RFI/bid analysis thereby providing key inputs to the management towards go / no-go decisions
Ensure that the sales strategy, win themes, value proposition, and differentiators are properly reflected in any proposal or presentation in order to maximize Axiom?s positioning
Produce bid tracking plans and establish the bid response team, which may include cross-functional representation from Solutions Design, Delivery, finance, legal, Practice Management, and various support functions
Manage the deal budget, communications and performance against process milestones
Help develop and manage the project schedule and formulate the pursuit timeline
Maintain order and alignment with the Sales Specialist to facilitate an efficient sales process from end-to-end

An eager, self-starting professional from a fast-paced sales organization specializing in the sale of professional services (vs. products). Someone with excellent relationship-building, organizational, communication, and project-management skills, who can efficiently manage a complex sales process for small- and medium-sized outsourcing deals with F500 clients. Experience & Qualifications
2 to 4 years of sales experience in a fast-paced environment; a financial or business background is required
Experience with project management techniques
Excellent research/analysis skills
Proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite (including PowerPoint and Excel)
Outstanding communication, organization, and multi-tasking skills; excellent writing skills and attention to detail
Experience responding to RFPs/RFIs
High aptitude for learning and working within a dynamic sales organization
Legally eligible to work in the country in which the position is located
Bachelor?s degree from a top-tier university required
Degree in a business-related field preferred
