The Clinical Client Relations Specialist (Clinical CRS) assists in Our Healthy Heart (OHH) initiatives by providing exceptional customer service to physician referral and wellness clients, while serving as backup for regular client services functions. The Clinical CRS will answer calls from both English and Spanish speaking clients promptly and professionally, identify and resolve customer inquiries, answer both basic and detailed questions about the VAP cholesterol test, lipid abnormalities, and test results, and perform other duties as requested.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Answer calls courteously and profesionally.
Answer in bound ACD calls within 30 seconds.
Maintain a high quality service level fo 98%.
Answer customer inquiries accirately with sufficient detail to resolve the customer's inquiry on the VAP test as well as other questions related to lip abnormalities.
Coordinate lab supply orders.
Daily Administrative Support and Follow Up
Promptly resolve problem paper work inquiries from the receiving dept, including:
Specimens received without requistion
Specimens received that do not match requisition
Patient name verification
Verify test ordered
Fax/email test results to clients as specified by location
Review manifest and requisitions for Wellness accounts and Trade Shows
Reconcile outstanding electronic test orders
Regularly monitor the fax queue throughout the day
Lab Information System
Add new accounts as information is received
Maintain/Update data for exiting accounts in system
Maintain contract files for Wellness and Direct Bill Contracts
Establish Web access and maintenance for Web access accounts
Each CRS is expected to perform special project work as needed, on a regular basis, or as assigned.
Experience and Skills:
Able to sit at a desk and use computer for long periods of time (most of work day); Able to lift/carry a minimum of 20 pounds; some standing and walking is required.
Good oral and written communication skills both in person and over the phone are essential. Must have a friendly, professional attitude and be customer focused. This individual must be fluent in both English and Spanish.
Must be Windows competent and be proficient with M/S Office software; must have technical proficiency with databases or CRM tools, i.e., Sales Force, Microsoft Dynamics, or Gold Mine is a plus.
Some college or degree preferred.
Call center/customer service and lab experience preferred.
Must work well in a team environment; must display pleasant and professional behavior; must be highly organized and efficient with good decision making skills.
