Bilingual Help Desk Agent - Austin Tangoe

**** This is a 3-5 month Temporary position located in Austin, TX., with the possibility of being converted to a Full-Time Tangoe Employee based on performance ****
Tangoe Inc. is a cutting edge company that specializes in the wireless industry. We provided wireless application management services for carriers, operators and small to large organizations. Our services are currently powering over 100 leading mobile operators and enterprises around the world. These customers rely on Tangoe's technology and team of certified experts to build, host, and support their mission critical business applications and systems.
Helpdesk Agents support end users and managers via inbound/outbound calls or email in an efficient manner while providing the highest level of customer service and focusing on first call resolution.
Responsibilities:
- Support international and domestic customers with a wide variety of request such as mobile device issues, ordering new phone service, changing features, etc.
- Provide support on client requests submitted through TangoeÂ's internal portal such as order support, service number moves, usage and billing reports, etc.
- Must meet minimum daily activity goals and objectives of 20 calls per day and 50 emails per week
- Establish and build relationships with internal and external customers
-Must be able to work flexible hours Â- available to work Monday through Friday between 7:00am and 7:00pm and occasional weekend
Required Skills:
- One (1) year previous Help Desk or Support Center experience, preferably in a carrier or manufacturer environment
- Exceptional customer service, listening, problem solving and interpersonal skills
- Fluent in Spanish
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- The ability to diagnose, troubleshoot and resolve (and follow up) issues in a fast-paced environment
-Proficient in Windows
-Must be able to type 35 WPM
Desired Skills:
- Telecom Experience
- Understanding of carrier contracts and or telecom devices
Educational Requirements:High School Diploma minimum
