Grant Street Group is hiring a Bilingual Customer Service Analyst to join our team of professionals managing customer inquiries by telephone and email for several of our online services including vehicle registration renewals, electronic payments and our suite of delinquent tax products. Many customers will be located in South East Florida, so the position requires strong Spanish language skills. Proficiency in Haitian Creole or French would be a plus. The position requires computer and Internet proficiency, and strong problem solving and analytical skills. Candidates must speak and write clearly in English and in Spanish and handle customers with patience, courtesy, and efficiency.
