Description:Billing Account Receivable Specialist:

Billing Specialist to join fast-paced, team-oriented environment with a growing, multi-national company. Positon is in the financial department of the Corporate Headquarters in Salt Lake City UT.

Requirements:

? Experience in a service industry a strong plus
? Experience and education in general accounting, financial analysis, accounts receivable, billing and collections.
? Solid technical accounting, and problem solving skills.
? Solid organizational skills and Accute attention to detail.
? Analytical approach, and excellent communication skills.
? Strong Microsoft Excel, Pivot Tables, macros, and other spreadsheet experience
? Must be able to hit the ground running and be able to learn new tasks quickly
Duties:? Billing and accounts receivable duties;
? Unbilled revenue
? Complex invoicing, billing and collections;
? Work with large complex Excel spreadsheets and tables
Qualifications:? Associate's degree in accounting preferred.
? 2 or more years relevant experience
? Strong Excel skills are critical in this position
