The K12 Billing Administration position is responsible for the input, audit, and maintenance of all Scantron orders in the Oracle Order Administration module along with the revenue contract administration. This position requires a high level of attention to detail and customer service while working with internal and external customers to insure all orders are accurate and complete. This position requires excellent communication skills, understanding of revenue accounting, while interacting with finance, pricing, procurement, and sales in a fast-paced environment.
Key Duties / Responsibilities
Input sales orders into Oracle Order Management system Management of the billing set up into the revenue accounting system Audit sales orders to ensure correctness of customer data for shipping and invoicing (Clean Order Policy)
Interact with sales, division managers, accounting, finance and customers Monitor order approval process through regular contact with legal, collections, and 3rd party suppliers
Resolve billing errors and problems by interacting with customers, collections, sales, and accounting
Maintain customer database in accordance with Data Steward Standards
Assist accounting and finance with commission, billing and royalty inquiries
Assist coworkers to maintain order entry efficiency
Assist customers (internal and external) as necessary
Other duties as assigned
Education & Knowledge Required
2 year degree.
Knowledge of Oracle a plus, understanding of revenue accounting.
Experience / Skills / Abilities Required
Minimum 2-4 years' experience required.
Experience working in Oracle Order Management module a plus.
Strong attention to detail required.
High level of customer service required
