Billing Analyst Say

Enter insertion orders and contracts into Netsuite Sales Order module. This is a very significant portion of the job today, but we are aiming to automate this process in the future. Verification of orders will still be critical.
Prepare and send invoices to customers via email. Invoices are generated monthly and upon campaign completion.
Reconcile revenue back to sales orders monthly ensuring that all revenue is billed and collected.
Review and analyze advertising campaign delivery reports for proper billing.
Follow processes and develop new processes to ensure 100% of revenue is billed.
Review advertiser insertion orders / contracts for proper billing
information. Work with Production Managers and Sales to make corrections as necessary. This is a key component to the job.
Work closely with collections department on payment application issues.
Work closely with Ad Operations department on Insertion Order
discrepancies.
This position requires a lot of in person communication and phone
communication with other departments including Sales, Operations and Finance.
Resolve complicated billing issues
Think outside of the box on how to improve current processes, solve problems and create efficiencies.
This is a hands on role.
Job Requirements
Bachelors Degree
Minimum 7 years professional experience. Digital / Internet Experience highly preferred
Netsuite Experience highly desirable
Personal Characteristics
Great communication skills. The ability to understand complex billing issues and communicate them to management in a concise meaningful way.
Must be detail oriented but with the ability to prioritize problems and know what is really important.
