Billing and Operations Analyst, Finance Axial

Due to Axial?s fast growth, which has resulted in a rapid increase in the number of paying companies joining the Axial Network, proper sales order processing, billing, collection, revenue assurance, and metric reporting has become critical.
The Role: Billing and Operations Analyst, Finance
As the first fully dedicated employee to assume the entire sales order process, billing, and cash collection function, you?ll have a ton of responsibility:
Own the entire sales order process and reliability of all Member billing
Ensure all Members are billed accurately and timely (revenue assurance)
Resolve Member billing and collection issues
Maintain and report on key billing and operational metrics maintained by Finance
Assist in the proper calculation of sales commissions
Constantly improve the efficiency of the sales order, billing, and cash collection processes
BS/BA degrees in Business / Finance / Accounting / Economics / Statistics / Mathematics
2-4 years of billing experience, including subscription/recurring billing models
Strong analytical skills
Demonstrate a sense of urgency, follow-up skills, and attention to detail/accuracy
Ability to work independently and execute firm deadlines
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Manage multiple tasks and highly organized
Proficient in Excel
Experience with Salesforce, Quickbooks, credit card virtual terminals (e.g., BrainTree) is a large plus.
