This position focuses on effectively addressing and resolving complex non-technical customer issues that may arise. You will develop subject matter expertise in multiple products/modules, being a role model for providing thorough and consistent documentation and mentoring others in providing excellent customer service.

College degree or equivalent work experience, including 2 years account resolution, billing, and collections experience in a Software-As-A-Service (SaaS) business environment
2 Years user experience with multiple Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems
Ability to address, independently research and resolve customer billing issues timely, collecting balances owed on accounts
Ability to develop product/module and discipline knowledge
Ability to provide accurate and complete documentation to customer providing excellent customer service
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work in a fast paced environment where changes to procedures are common
Drive for resolution and strong follow up skills including analytical and critical thinking skills
Ability to problem -solve complex customer issues with little or no guidance and understanding root cause
Ability to work independently
Detail-oriented and work with a high degree of accuracy and efficiency.
Intermediate level MS Excel skills
Excellent typing skills with the ability to type 50+ words per minute with high accuracy
Ability to work effectively with, and obtain cooperation both internally and externally
Regular and predictable attendance is an essential function of the job
Ability to identify and research customer impacting trends
Guides Billing Rep I through complex dispute/account resolution
May handle special projects
Escalation point for internal and external customers
May contribute to knowledge base through the development of training and process documentation
Guide Billing Representative I & II through complex resolution and audit work
