The Billing and Collections for Account Reconciliation is responsible for day to day prioritization, resolution, and follow-up of Vertafore Customer account issues.WHO ARE YOU?
You want a role where you are responsible for billing inquiries, disputes, and follow on case work and accounts receivable balances
You will be empowered to ensure operational best practices are adhered to when resolving items
You enjoy Troubleshooting account issues with Customer Support, Customer Operations, Finance, and Sales
You will resolve any and all Customer account issues effectively so as to ensure trouble free Customer account billing moving forward
You want to ensure a positive Vertafore Customer experience
QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS
College degree or equivalent work experience.
2 years account billing, collections, and account resolution experience in a Software-As-A-Service (SaaS) business environment
4 Years user experience with multiple Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems
Excellent verbal and telephone communication skills necessary
Intermediate level MS Excel skills
Excellent typing skills with the ability to type 50+ words per minute with high accuracy
Ability to work effectively with, and obtain cooperation from other employees as well as outside parties
Quality of work to include timeliness, completeness, and accuracy
Regular and predictable attendance is an essential function of the job
