Billing & Collections Manager Alert Logic

Responsibilities:

The Billing/ Collections Manager will be responsible for the policies, procedures, and day to day functions of the Billing and Collections business cycle. This individual will report to the Controller and assist with month-end closing activities surrounding revenue recognition. The position will also assist in other special projects assigned by the Controller, such as billing automation projects, enabling the company to continue its growth on a scalable infrastructure. This is an opportunity for an individual to be developed to take on additional responsibilities and provide long-term career growth in a fast-growing Security-as-a-Service technology company.

Requirements:

Experience working with customers to ensure timely collection of the company?s receivables with preference in monthly recurring billing cycles
3-5 years? experience in Accounting or Finance
Bachelor?s Degree with a concentration in Accounting or Finance required
Experience processing credit card transactions
Working knowledge of Salesforce and NetSuite greatly preferred
Experience delivering supplemental reports assisting in the monthly reporting of revenue
Proficiency in MS Suite products ? advanced Excel knowledge required
