The position involves utilizing your recent home health and/or hospice industry billing experience and knowledge in the following ways:
? Acts as the Subject Matter Expert for the client during and after the implementation period.
? Perform consultative client support regarding the use of the CareAnyware application and establishment of billing processes.
? Working with a Project Manager and Clinical Partner, the Consultant partners with the CareAnyware customer, to help implement, train, and consult as appropriate.
? Meets client implementation & training schedule deadlines for the CareAnyware application
? Provides just-in-time and ongoing application training/review as needed in client calls
? Simultaneously works on multiple client implementations
? Builds organizational process definition with client to ensure smooth implementation and ongoing management using the application.
? May write and update training material as needed as part of the CareAnyware University ongoing content development
? May be required to develop and maintain follow-up plans to help implement and transition the CareAnyware solution into a hospice or home health organization. With assistance from the Project Manager, adjusts project plan to adapt to clients? needs and issues, but works the project to result in outcomes consistent with targeted best practices identified by CareAnyware.
? Prior billing related work experience in home health or hospice industries
? 3-5 years of project management/training/consulting and client support experience
? Healthcare software conversion and/or implementation experience
? Prior experience with use of a Clinical Information Systems and staff training.
? Demonstrated ability to drive projects and meet critical deadlines
? Attention to detail, professional presentation skills and ability to work with complex projects
? Excellent written and verbal communication skills and interpersonal skills
? Bachelor?s degree
? Must be a quick learner, self-directed, motivated, and have strong dedication and commitment level to the tasks at hand. Candidate must be able to work in a fast-paced, collaborative, project-oriented environment.
? Approximately 30% overnight travel is required for onsite client consultation
? RN or Therapy (PT, OT) candidates with clinical practice experience in a management role
