Billing Implementation Specialist CareAnyware

Job Description: The position involves utilizing your recent accounting, finance, billing, and project management experience and knowledge in the following areas:

Train clients on the billing process and set up requirements within CareAnyware to accurately bill client services and monitor results with CareAnyware financial reports
Identify customer payors set up strategies to align with billing needs of client and the CareAnyware application
Perform payor set up entry for entry into CareAnyware
Perform detailed product training sessions on CareAnyware billing, cash management/posting, AR management functions, and financial reporting for home health and hospice customers
Develop and maintain project plans and coordinate resources to meet client implementation and training schedules
Partner with the CareAnyware customer, typically agency administrators and financial managers and billers, to customize the implementation process to each agency as needed to ensure a successful transition
Provide advice and consultation to help clients adopt best practices using the system in their home health and hospice organizations
Assist with product testing to insure that the product performs as the industry requires
Write and update training material as needed


Overnight travel (40) is required.

We are looking for candidates with a minimum of 3 years of experience in finance, accounting, or billing who have the ability to work at the detailed level required to train and set up a complex billing system while at the same time having the ability to understand and present corporate level financial information and processes. Preferred experience includes project management and/or supervisory/management experience, health care (specifically home health or hospice) billing experience.

Candidates must have strong interpersonal skills, strong written and verbal communication skills, and computer skills. Must be a quick learner, self-directed, motivated, and have strong dedication and commitment level to the tasks at hand. Candidate must be able to work in a fast-paced, collaborative, project-oriented environment.
