Serves as primary contact for the assigned customers. Enhance the company?s position and reputation by properly servicing and corresponding with all assigned accounts in a dependable and timely manner.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Data entry of patient demographic information
Communication with clients regarding missing billing information via telephone, fax or electronically
Data entry of billing information
Scanning of documents
Filing
Mailing of claim forms, patient bills and other missing information
Translate written diagnosis into correct ICD-9 codes
Understand and adhere to company policies regarding employment, compliance and HIPAA
