Description:Summary
Manage and implement sales process to create and sustain a high performance team. Responsible for a personal book of business and the supervision of two or more consultants. Adheres to company mission and values.
Job Duties
Essential -
? Participate in hiring, training and development of a productive sales team.
? Develop and implement individual training to increase production of team and implement successful processes.
? Meet with team daily and weekly to review progress and strategies.
? Assist with translation of analysis results to sales objectives/strategies
? Manage candidate and client pools
? Assist with development of action plan for achievement and individual team members
? Assist team members in organization, prioritization, and planning of work objectives
? Dedicate 70 ? 80% of effort towards Sales Consultants duties.
? Other duties as assigned by management.
? Identify, document and resolve team challenges.
Requirements
Skills:
Required -
? Excellent positive communication skills
? Effective negotiation skills
Full knowledge of processes, sales, and customer service techniques
? Understanding of selling techniques and customer needs analysis
Experience & Education:
Required -
? Successful experience in sales/sales management
? College level education or equivalent experience
? Successful sales experience in a professional or technical field
? College degree
Preferred -
? Experience in the medical field or health care industry
? Experience in the staffing industry
Abilities:
? Ability to train and motivate sales/sales support team members to achieve production goals
? Demonstrated ability to achieve sales objectives, increase sales and market share
? Promote and maintain team effort among sales/sales support staff
? Analyze business trends/indicators and create successful business plans
