Billing Specialist / Account Manager Fiberlink Communications

As a key member of our billing team you will have the opportunity to establish relationships with existing and new customers, both external and internal, and our channel partners. You will have the opportunity to become the expert in your area, often called upon to provide support and guidance to those in the legal, marketing, development, finance and sales teams.

Responsible for the maintaining the front-end billing operations for our growing customer base. Accountable for invoicing, revenue validations and analysis, customer adjustments (credits/debits), understanding all aspects of the customer lifecycle, facilitating problem resolution across other departments in the organization and meeting month end requirements. Responsible for the billing activity for 2000+accounts. Performance will have a direct impact on department efficiency, production and customer experience/satisfaction.
REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS:
2-4 years of billing experience, within technology industry preferred (SaaS, Cloud, Hardware, or Software).
Proven experience managing complex vendor and/or channel relationships
Salesforce.com experience is a plus
Candidate MUST possess strong Microsoft Office skills
Ability to plan, organize, prioritize and multi-task
Ability to work with high sense of urgency
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Must possess high level critical thinking, problem solving skills and self-initiative
Ability to communicate effectively and in a professional manner and possess strong customer service skills
