Accepts and takes ownership of complex billing issues and escalations
Performs additional offline MegaPath Finance, Legal, and Collections duties
Performs Billing and Finance related projects as assigned
Initiates and/or participates in teams that improve MegaPath processes and consequently the customer's experience
Subject matter expert and resource for peers and all MegaPath departments
De-escalates calls an turns the customer's opinion of MegaPath to the positive
Recognizes opportunities to save customers and involves the appropriate departments.
