Front line email coverage for SMB Billing Team
Front line ticket resolution regarding billing
Assisting collections with past due notices
Accepting payments from customers
Educating customers of online tools
Works with the team to accomplish production and quality goals
Owns issue and works with other departments to resolve all customer issues
