Cleveland HeartLab, Inc. is a rapidly growing specialty clinical laboratory and disease management company focused on biomarker technologies. We are located in the Midtown Corridor and are
searching for a Bioanalytical Chemist/Mass Spectrometrist in our Research and Development
department.
We are looking for innovative candidates to develop cutting edge diagnostic tests that will have a
direct impact on patient lives. Leading candidates will have a PhD in chemistry, biochemistry or
related area and a 3-7 year track record of productivity including postdoctoral research. Candidates
with an MS and significant industrial experience are also welcome. While small molecule analysis is
the current focus, the successful candidate will have an opportunity to move into protein and peptide
analysis in the near future. Strong capabilities developing quantitative assays using triple quadrulope
mass spectrometry are essential and a deep understanding of separation techniques including SPE,
affinity approaches, and HPLC is desired. Experience with clinical bioanalytical applications and
authorship of SOP?s would be a distinct advantage. Our laboratories are well equipped with mass
spectrometers and supporting analytical instrumentation.
