Job Description
Top biotechnology start up is currently seeking a bioinformatics scientist to perform data analysis on geneomic and proteomic data sets. Candidates will use data from a university quality lab to identify potential drug targets.
Candidates should have a Ph.D. in Bioinformatics, Computational Biology or Computer Science and have practical experience with large biological data sets, particularly mNRA, sequencing and protein homeostasis. Working systems biology knowledge is a plus. Must come from a competent programming background in Java/SQL. Competitive base, bonus and equity available to the right candidate.
