Email is a key Marketing channel which accounts for a double-digit percentage contribution to our revenue. The role will execute our CRM and Email Marketing campaigns across our key markets in the U.S. and globally. It is a hands-on role that involves the creation and execution of campaigns and detailed reporting of their performance. Alongside working in the CRM team, this role will need to work closely with marketing acquisition, communications and product marketing teams.
Execute email marketing following CRM marketing strategy and plan, working thru an external service provider
Creation and management of Email templates and conversion of Photoshop files into html
Export custom list pulls, data and segmentation views from within the email marketing database, and internal data sources (using SQL).
Coordinate email creative briefings, basic coding development, and timeline.
Develop email, coupon, and site analytical reports and present results and insights
Identify opportunities to increase efficiency, improve program performance with A/B testing, sampling, holdout, and other statistical analysis.
Manage and coordinate the development of email marketing trigger programs and dynamic transactional emails.
Conduct competitive research on email promotions, product announcements, and on-site UI
2+ years of previous email marketing experience on either client or agency side
Strong technical capabilities including HTML and self-serviced email campaign management/reporting platforms
Familiarity with Responsys Interact a strong plus
