Boarding Specialist Cardinal Commerce
THIS JOB HAS EXPIRED Summary: This position will be a key contributor on a team of Customer advocates and be one of the leading internal voices for product improvements, innovations, and stabilization of Cardinal's platforms. Providing industry leading Customer Service is expected and has been a staple of CardinalCommerce's Customer relationship success. Using data, statistics, reporting, and trends to build better products is the goal of our Customer Services department. The Boarding Specialist will be responsible for the integration and project management of Cardinal's 2IDENTIFI Authentication Platform and will be responsible for working with Partners and Issuing Banks around the world.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Collect and review the materials necessary to initiate the implementation of a new Financial Institution
Coordinate the turnover of the above materials to the technical staff for scheduling and development
Prepare and manage a project plan that governs the activities of all parties involved in the implementation of the new Financial Institution
Validate the work done by the technical staff before making same available to customer for testing and acceptance
Collect and manage all reported errors and change requests through the life of each project
Manage the day to day relationship with one or more Distribution Partner(s)
Provide the business ownership and management of activities related to production problem management
Education & Experience: A bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, Information Systems or Software Systems. Bilingual - Spanish speaking preferred.
