Job Description:
Call current authors to proactively sell volume books as their manuscripts ?go live?. Pro-actively call authors previously live to sell volume book opportunities.
Key Functions
Make 60+ outbound phone calls a day to current authors. 85%
Send promotional information and book quotes to authors. 10%
Maintain accurate and complete notes in customer database. 5%
Follow established sales process and comply with all talk time and activity requirements.

Follows established processes as outlined by Manager.
Participates in process review and improvement with Manager.
Completes assigned duties based on daily business needs and individual skill set.

Job Requirements:
High School Graduate/GED equivalent or higher.
Minimum 6 months experience sales or customer service experience
Ability to work positively as a member of a team or independently as required, Ability to interact effectively via phone primarily or email as a secondary means of communication.
Sufficient manual and digital dexterity to work with a computer keyboard , mouse and monitor, phone pad
Light to moderate lifting as one would normally encounter in an office environment, ability to sit in one place for long periods of time
8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. core schedule with frequent flexibility for start and ending times and overtime may be required
