Bookkeeper in Japan Liquid Machines

responsibilities
Control the accounting activities Japan
- Overall responsibility for the bookkeeping tasks in CP Japan
- responsibility for payroll and other compensation matters
- review expense reports to ensure compliance with local rules and company's policy
- Ensure compliance with VAT and all applicable taxes
- prepare annual financial statements and work closely with the auditors to complete the audit.
- prepare the annual tax return and have it reviewed by the auditors.
-complete all month/quarter end closing procedures.
- review the quarterly tax provision.
Desired Background:
* 3 years of experience in accounting firm and/or in finance department.
* Experience in hi-tech team/company- advantage
* Tax ,regulatory and accounting matters knowledge.
* Computer skills â€" savvy, Fluent - English
