Position Description:
Global Cash Access, Inc has immediate opening at Delaware Park in Wilmington, DE: Overall supervision, performance and development of employees in a gaming environment, providing check cashing services to patrons. Enforce company policies and procedures, daily transaction / inventory reconciliation, and assistance with customer check cashing transactions as needed. Ensure Title 31 compliance. This is a full-time, on-call position. 2 to 3 years large volume cash handling experience in a casino, banking or retail environment required. Experience balancing and control of assigned funds. 2 to 3 years supervisory and training experience. Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and/or holidays as needed. Strong customer service and interpersonal skills Flexibility to work nights, weekends, rotate on-call and/or holidays as needed. All Positions: Drug test and background check required.
