Position Summary:
The Brand Protection Analyst (BPA) anchors the delivery of MarkMonitor?s online Brand Protection solutions. The role of the BPA is to effectively disrupt illegitimate online activity that infringes on the trademarks or products and services of our global clientele. By leveraging proprietary technology, industry best practices and creative problem solving, the BPA enhances MarkMonitor?s leading online brand protection service and actively pioneers new solutions.

Job Responsibilities:
The right person will have the ability to function both collaboratively and independently to proactively drive solution-based services for our global clientele. This is an evolving position and the BPA must be flexible and willing to take on new challenges and responsibilities as needs are identified.
Investigate, monitor and analyze online website content for infringing activity
Identify and analyze industry trends
Formulate and effectively communicate data-driven recommendations
Generate standard and customized reports
Create adaptive solutions to address specific client needs
Navigate and operate internal and external software tools at expert level
Qualifications:
Minimum BA/BS
Strong analytical and communication skills
Must be self-motivated, flexible, and adaptable to client & organizational changes
Detail-oriented
Works well under pressure
Excellent time/deadline management skills
Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint and general computer skills.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Team player
Preferred Job Qualifications:
Knowledge of online sales channels, online technologies
2+ years analyst or corporate client service experience
Experience in prose-enhanced graph based reporting
Working knowledge of trademark and copyright law a plus
