Due to the continued success and growth of our Managed Services offering, we are looking for talented professionals to join our team. We are specifically looking for professional Chinese and/or Korean speaking candidates to work with our China and Korean-based clients.
The Brand Analyst is the backbone of everyday account management in the Managed Services Department. He or she spends the day reviewing, categorizing and enforcing on applicable results on behalf of the clients whom we represent. Brand Analysts are truly account architects as they have the greatest insight about the brands they service. With this creative license, Analysts apply expertise to craft the most expedient and comprehensive workflows possible.
Additionally, the Brand Analyst is responsible for generating weekly, monthly and custom ad-hoc reports. They participate in conference calls and are often primary points of contact with the client for information sharing and email correspondence. While the more routine duties are fulfilled, talented analysts identify seller, registrant and bidder trends, notice and report behavior changes, and innovate for better workflows and accuracy.
