As the first Demand Generation leader for Quri, you will:
--Develop and drive a comprehensive demand generation strategy, covering all marketing channels.
--Develop the marketing calendar for all outbound and inbound demand generation programs
--Create, build and execute outbound lead generation programs, and partner with Content Marketing to drive inbound marketing leads.
--Measure and improve ROI by campaign to drive dollar and time investment decisions.
--Leverage Marketo and Salesforce to measure, track and analyze marketing programs and their performance.
--Analyze industry trends, market conditions, and our competitors' marketing tactics, and offer recommendations to Quri leadership on best ways to optimize overall marketing efforts.
--Be a leader inside Quri who fuels the company's culture of growth and empowerment.
Your skills and accomplishments include:
--Deep, hands-on experience in B2B demand generation, with a keen understanding of best practices in the development, capture and tracking of leads.
--Experience with CPG brands and/or retailers a big plus.
--Great success with email marketing in today's world of permission marketing (open rates, CTR and acquisition rates).
--Savvy usage of marketing automation and CRM systems to drive results in an efficient manner (Marketo experience a plus).
--Strong organization, planning and project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast moving environment while reaching lead generation and pipeline goals.
--Demonstrable success delivering results with lean resources in an entrepreneurial environment, with a progressive pace and constant evolution.
--MBA is a plus
