Build Release Engineer/Configuration
Demonstrated capacity of developing solutions that increase efficiency, reduce costs and enforce standards. Hands-on experience leading all stages of system development efforts. Experienced at developing applications, managing projects, and developing technical/business specifications.
Previous experience with Scripts, Bamboo, Maven, SVN (Subversion) or similar tools
Extensive experience with hands-on deployment and tools implementation
Follow currently established Configuration Management Protocols, Policies and Procedures
Analyze and provide proposals to the Configuration Manager for optimization of current Configuration Management Protocols, Policies and Procedures
Implement approved changes in coordination with Engineering, Q/A and Tech Support
Follow all EMN8 policies, procedures and protocols
Adheres to and maintains Product Version Control
Using build and deployment tools create and maintain build and deployment environments applicable across all EMN8 Products (Kiosks, Digital Menu boards, Web, Mobile and Tablets).
Responsible for management and integrity of VM Libraries
Reconcile issues and bugs tracked in JIRA before deployment.
Integral to the design and development of manual and automated production, Q/A, Development and Gold (Master) systems.
Other responsibilities, as required or directed
BA/BS in Computer Science or related field
Minimum 3 years? experience in Deployment Engineering.
Demonstrated experience gained in small to medium sized start-up and established businesses.
Client-facing and strong project management skills required.
Strong analytical and problem solving skills a must.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
